Built a production Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse for a 6-site Ontario hospital network serving 450,000 residents. Designed a full Bronze→Silver→Gold medallion architecture ingesting 50–80K records daily across Emergency, Clinical, Finance, and Executive domains. Delivered 15+ Power BI dashboards for 200+ stakeholders including ED flow tracking, bed occupancy, and patient throughput — with full PHI governance and RLS.
Led the full reporting modernization for the Association of American Medical Colleges — migrating their ERAS residency reporting suite from a fragmented Tableau environment to governed Power BI subject-area models. Built 10 production reports across Applicant Volume, Program Statistics, Demographics, and Cycle Comparison domains. Designed parameterized cycle architecture that reduced annual onboarding from days to minutes, and delivered dynamic RLS covering 100% of external institutional access.
Built OCS's cloud data platform from the ground up on Azure — migrating from a fragmented on-prem SQL environment to a full Azure Synapse + Databricks medallion architecture. Delivered 25+ enterprise reports covering 1,500+ Ontario retailers across compliance, supply chain, vendor performance, and finance. Automated the monthly Health Canada regulatory submission — reducing a full-day manual process to automated delivery — and established the governance framework still in use today.
